Questions schools ask

What counts as a school site?

One campus with its own address on the schools site. All students and staff who learn or teach at that campus are covered. Multi-campus colleges can email us for a campus bundle.

Is there a limit on students or teachers?

No. The licence is per site, not per seat, so there is no cap and nothing to reconcile at the end of the year.

Who gets the pilot price?

Schools taking part in the Music Master pilot program pay $450 AUD for their first licence year. Get in touch to ask about joining the pilot. All other schools pay the full price of $650 AUD.

Can we try it first?

Yes. The demo site gives teachers a seven-day look at the full dashboard, and the free student site is open to anyone. Email us and we will set your school up.

How do we pay?

By invoice to the school, so it fits the usual purchase-order process. Email us with your school name and a contact in the office and we will send one through.
